We are pleased to announce the ever popular jazz days will return on the FIRST SUNDAY of each month between 2pm – 5pm . Each event is free to attend and will welcome a different collective of musicians invited by the organiser, host and vocalist Stephen Pierre .

Stephen Pierre and his jazz collective musicians will be pleased to perform back at The Band Stand in Southwark Park on Sunday 22nd June between 2pm - 4pm. This free public event is to support the worthy charity (CRY) Cardiac Risk In The Young who will be having their annual get together in Southwark Park.
Stephen Pierre is the founder of The Bermondsey Square Jazz Days and Creative Director of The Unity Music Arts Team CIC.

Let's Make Music & Dance at The Blue Market Bermondsey (SE16 3UQ)
The Blue community is enriched by the wonderful events organized at the Blue Market place. We are pleased to be back with a song and dance program. Our events will take place on the following Saturdays between 1pm-4pm : Saturday 24th May, Saturday 13th September with free admission for all. The program will include various invited music ensembles, community choirs, brass bands, vocal performances and Salsa dancing. Everyone is welcome to participate in the dance sessions , which will take place from 1 pm to 4 pm on those above listed Saturdays at The Blue Market.

The Palm Tree Outdoor Jazz Days (E3 5BH)
We are delighted to announce the return of the outdoor jazz days to the renowned Palm Tree pub in East London's Mile End Park. The pub has been a stalwart of the jazz and swing music scene since 1977.
The outdoor jazz days will be a fantastic blend of live jazz and salsa dance sessions in between the live jazz sets. Each event will feature a jazz jam session, providing a platform for many of London's accomplished students and graduates to showcase their talent. These events will be hosted by vocalist, Stephen Pierre.

Jazz At St Johns Church Garden Waterloo (SE1 8TY)
The idyllic St John’s Church Garden is an excellent venue for hosting our summer jazz days. We are thrilled to announce events on 13th July Sunday 2025 and 17th August, which will support The Waterloo Festival and the local community. The event will run from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm on Sundays, and admission is free for all. It promises to be an enjoyable and inclusive occasion for everyone to come together and appreciate live jazz music.

Jazz Jam At 'The Jam Circus' Pub Deptford (SE8 4NS)
The Jam Circus in Deptford hosts our monthly jazz jam on the last Sunday of each month, from 4pm to 7pm. This regular event attracts a diverse range of musicians, who come together to perform a blend of jazz, blues and grooves. We extend a warm invitation to students and graduates from many of London’s music colleges to showcase their talent. The Jam Circus is an impressive venue managed as part of the Antic Inns portfolio. This gig is open to all and free entry.

Jazz & Jam Session at The Union Jack Pub Union Street, London SE1 0LR 22nd September 2024 (4pm -7pm)
We are delighted to return to the UJ to present an afternoon of jazz, blues & grooves. The UJ was the venue which founded the idea of the UMAT jazz jams & The Bermondsey Square Jazz Days back in 2016.
The jazz & jam sessions presented at The UJ between 2016 and March 2020 gave valuable performance opportunity for many student musicians studying at London’s music colleges.
SUNDAY 22nd SEPT 2024 is a re-union gathering and also a celebration acknowledging the success of The Bermondsey Square Jazz Days completing their 7th annual summer season.
Music is a universal language and we hope to share this talent with you on Sunday 22nd September amongst a collective of fine musicians.
